Carrol Kelly grew up on the streets of Buffalo, and founded Positive Youth of Tomorrow 25 years ago in order to give back to the community that helped her overcome adversity. She devotes her time, her talent, and her treasures to improving the quality of life for the youth of the Langfield Projects where she resides.
OUR MISSION ... To empower, improve, and enhance the quality of life for ALL youth in Western New York and surrounding areas by implementing skills and support in areas regarding youth issues. We help with social skills, career, & educational development.
